How can I book a class?

There are various of ways to book a class; 1. Online; Our booking system is nice and easy to use, you'll fins all our available classes from Beginner+ to Intermediate/Advanced with the time of day, music genre/s and day of the week. If there are no available spaces you can join the waitign list, if someone cancels or reshcieds you will be notified via email. 2. Via Us; You can also book a place via telephone, email or social media. We will need the same information to proccess your place. You will be able to book up to 2 spaces per class. If you are a non-Member please get in contact with us for how to attend class. Please note: If you are booking for you and a friend, ake sure you have their permission to submit their personal information on the booking form. *** ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 16+. MEMBERS ONLY, TEMPORARILY

Who can book a class?

All our Members can book any class they wish to attend. If you are a non-Member please get in contact with us about how you can attend class. **CURRENTLY MEMBERS ONLY, TEMPORARILY Please note: If your name is not on the booking form and you are intending to attend class you may be denied access.

How can I pay for class?

There are various of payment options for you to secure your booking. We accept all options including Online via your booking, Contacless & Cash on arrival. If you have any questions, please get in contact with us.

How far in advance can I book a class?

There is no limit to how far in advance you can book a class. We currently are taking booking up until the end of January.

Who can come to a class?

Our Members are welcome back to class however we have limited numbers so everyone must pre-book their place prior. If you are a non-Member please contact us for more information. **CURRENTLY, MEMBERS ONLY TEMPORARILY

How many people can attend a class?

All our classes are limited to 20, this is not only to keep us all safe but for all the feel as comfortable as possible.

Can I reschedule class to another day?

Yes, you can reschedule a class to another day or week as long as that class is available, you can do this via your account. See below for how to reschedule a class; 1. Log In. 2. Click on the arrow to see the drop down menu, click 'My Classes'. 3. Click 'Reschedule' on the class you'd like. You will then be taken to the calendar page where our available slots will be shown. If you are having any troubles, please get in contact with us.

How do I cancel a class?

If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, you will need to do this one day before class is due to take place. It's nice and simple to canel a class, you can either contat us direct or you can cancel via your online account. You will recieve a refun as soon as possible. See below for how to cancel; 1. Log In. 2. Click the arrow to see the drop down menu, click 'My Booking'. 3. Click the arrow on the class you'd like to cancel, 'Cancel' will appear. If you are having any problems, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.

Do I have to have an account to book a class?

You do not have to have an online account with us to book a class however to access your booking information - including to reschedule, cancel and re-book a class - you will need an account. If you book a class and then want to create an account you can, make sure you use the same email address.

How can I re-book a class?

It's nice and simple, to re-book a class see below for how to; 1. Log In. 2. Click on the arrow to see the drop down menu, click 'My Bookings'. 3. Click 'History' - this is where all your class history will be stored. 4. Click 'Re-book'. You will then be taken to the calendar page where our available slots will be shown.

How can I join the waitlist?

If any of our classes have no available spaces you can join the waitlist. If you wish to be added to a waitlist, please email us.

What are the difference between the channels & tutorials?

The difference between Channels & Tutorials are simple. Our Channels are where our Tutorials are available to you. Our Tutorials are the individual videos per dance. So if you're wanting to watch Beginner Tutorials head to our Beginner Channel or if you're just wanting to dance to Country head to our Country - All Channel. But if you're wanting to watch 'Señorita La-La-La' Tutorial you will have to head to our Improver Channel or Multi-Genre Channel.

How many times can I watch each tutorial?

You can watch any Tutorial you have access to as many times as you like, so take your time or recap yourself, it's unlimited!

Can I filter by Music Genre?

There are three options when it comes to "filter by music". Option 1: On desktop/laptop the only way you can "filter" by music genre is, to search in the search bar 'Country' or 'Multi-Genre', we are currently working on ways to improve this. Option 2: If you only want to dance to Country Music or Multi-Genre - so everything other than Country - we would advise you purchase a plan that gives you access to the Tutorials you'd like without the fuss. Option 3: **Mobile Only** Yes, on each Channel you can click on the main title i.e. 'Beginner' which will open up the full Channel with every video, categories and tags. You can search for dance titles as well as click on Tags that include Choreographers, Music Genres and Level. If you are unsure how to do this, please get in contact.

Can I request a dance?

We love taking requests and are always looking for new dances or even a classic that we may have forgotten about. You can request dances in many ways, either email us with "Request" in the subject or you can head to our social media. We try our best to include as many as we can, please keep in mind that we may not be able to record every request.

What are the difference between each level & LDX class?

There are different dance levels when it comes to our tutorials and LDX class, read below for more information; Beginner. Our Beginner dance tutorials are perfect if you are wanting to learn the basics. Our videos take you from learning the steps and their names too easy routines such as 'Electric Slide', 'Cowboy Charleston' before beginning to progress to learn 'When You Smile', 'County Line Cha Cha' and more. All our tutorials come with two music options, Country or Pop/Other Genres. Improver. Learn some of the best Improver dances from across the decades and levels from 'Codigo' to 'Stomp Down' (examples) and everything in-between. Our Improvers are great if you're looking to widen your Line Dance knowledge from Beginners and move up. The Tutorials vary in music genre, levels and styles. You can find a full description and music styles in each description of the Tutorial. Intermediate. If it's a challenge you are looking for our Intermediate level is for you. Whether you have decades of experience or are coming up from Improvers, we have various levels within Intermediate. Press play and learn some new dances, take your time with the pause button and learn at the speed that works best for you, we adapt our teaching throughout the tutorial, whether you learn best with numbers or steps. The channel is full of different styles of dance, music genre and levels. All information can be found in each Tutorials descriptions or in our Dance Database. LDX. Wanting some fun exercise? LDX aka Linedancercise is our 30 minute dance fitness class. We blend simple line dance routines with upbeat music from all across the decades and genres. We can achieve up to 3,000 steps per class. It's all about keeping fit and having fun without the pressure of being perfect or serious in any way. LDX is flexible and adaptable no matter your ability, we also demonstrate with slight variations, so whether you're looking for a full workout with arm movements or want something to ease you back into Line Dancing. Within each class we begin and end with two warm ups/cool downs, as the class progesses each song & routine is slightly increased in speed making you dance a little harder. Once we're at the peak mark (half way through), we will begin to slow down just like it increased. LDX is all about having fun and making yourself feel good one step at a time.

What devices can I watch on?

There are various of ways to watch our Tutorials depending on the devices you own. First of all make sure your device(s) is connected to the internet to gain access to the Tutorials. You can watch any of our Tutorials via desktop or laptop, your smart phone & tablet and TV.

What dances are available?

Tutorials are available based on what has been taught in classes, so whether you've missed a week or can't get a particular section you can go back, pause and re-learn. We add all our dance information to 'The Dance List' where you'll see which dances are available 'On Demand'. If you wish a particular dance to be available which isn't currently please get in contact with us.

How to I gain access to 'On Demand'?

There are various of ways to access our Tutorials on demand. If you are not currently a member of the club or do not wish to be, you can become an online member with our 'eMembership'. This will gain you access to all of our tutorials. If you are currently a Member, you will be able to upgrade your membership to Membership+, this will gain you access to online. To ugrapde your membership please contact us or come and see us. If you have an exsisting online account we will link these for you.

How do I cancel my eMembership?

You can cancel your eMembership at any time via your 'My Membership' tab in your Account.


Is there an age limit?

Yes, the age limit for all events including socials are 16+. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21+. I.D. may be asked on arrival. Refund will not be issued.

How can I purchase tickets for Live Music?

All tickets can be purchased via our website.

What time do doors open?

Door times vary depending on the type of event. Doors normally open half and hour to an hour before the event timing, i.e. Line Dance Social starts at 8pm, doors from 7pm. All Live Music door timings are available on the day of the event on our website and social media.

Can I buy Live Music tickets on the door?

Unfortunately, no tickets for any live music are available on the door. All tickets must be purchased prior to the show. However tickets are avilable up to half an hour before doors.

Can I show my ticket on my phone?

Yes, don't worry about having to print off your ticket, as long as you can access your ticket to be scanned for entry.

Do I have to be a Member to buy a ticket?

You do not have to be a Member to buy tickets to any of our Live Music events, however as a member you may recieve discounts on various events. For our Line Dance events we offer all places to our Members first. For additional information, please get in touch.

How do I book a place for a Line Dance Social?

If you a non-Member please get in contact with us to book a place.

When are Line Dance Socials?

We have announced our new weekend social dates, for more info visit our Events page. If you do not wish to attend an in-person social, we are also providing 'At Home Socials' so you don't miss out on having a boogie at home. Invite some friends an enjoy an evening of dancing.


Is there parking?

Yes, we have plenty of parking however it is limited.

How do I become a Member?

To become a Member you will need to complete a form which will be required to fill out in person. Your application can take a few days to be verified and will be contacted once your Membership is successful. If you need futher information, please get in contact. please note: creating an online account is NOT your membership application.

Can I bring my own drink?

Unfortunately we do NOT allow anyone to bring their own food & drink. We have a fully licensed bar thst you can purchase a variety of drinks including bottled water, soft drinks, alchol etc., all at reasonable prices.

What times do you open?

We open various times throughout the week, classes MONDAY 10am - 12noon 7:30pm - 9:30pm TUESDAY 7pm - 9:30pm WEDNESDAY 10am - 12noon 7:30pm - 9:30pm THURSDAY 10am - 11:30am 7:30pm - 9:30pm SATURDAY 10am - 11am Weekends vary, so please check our Events page.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, we have an age limit for attending any Line Dance classes or Events. You must be 16+, if you cannot provide any form of ID you may be denied entry. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21+.

What is the difference between Memberships?

We have a variety of Membership options available. 1. e-Membership - monthly payments - gives you access to our 'On Demand' service only. Please note: can only be activated online. Visit 'Membership' page to begin now. 2. Membership -yearly payment - is for those attending our in-person classes and socials as well as discounts to some Events including live music. 3. Membership+ combines all perks, gain access to 'On Demand' as well as membership to in-person classes & socials plus discounts to some Events including live music. Line Dance Class

How much are classes?

Prices for our Line Dance classes vary on the duration. Member Prices: 1hr - £5.00 1hr+ - £6.00

Can I bring my own drink?

Unfortunately we do NOT allow anyone to bring their own food & drink. We have a fully licensed bar thst you can purchase a variety of drinks including bottled water, soft drinks, alchol etc., all at reasonable prices.

What should I wear?

We advise everyone to wear something comfotable to dance in, both in footwear and clothing. For example if you are attending our Linedancercise class we suggest trainers and clothing that is appropiate for a higher energy class. For a Line Dance class, footwear is important. It's advised nothing to grippy or slippy as we don't want you to cause an injury to yourself - Dance shoes or Cowboy Boots can be a good option. Feeling comfortable in your clothing can help imporver your learning experience whether it's jeans and a t-shirt, it's up to you. Please NO high heels or inappropriate clothing.

I have never danced before, what class should I take?

If you've never danced before our brand new Absolute Beginner course is perfect for those with little to no experience, our course runs for 6 weeks teaching you everything you'll need to know to progress. See our booking page for when courses begin.


What is the NHS COVID-19 contact-tracing app?

The NHS COVID-19 contact-tracing app is a simpler way for the NHS to track and trace the virus. All your personal data is securely stored on the app and you have the confidence that the places you visit will not share or sell your personal information when having to fill out forms on arrival. We encourage our dancers to download the app from the App Store or Google PLay. Our QR code are displayed in various locations as you arrive.

What if I have symptoms or test positive for COVID-19?

If you are showing any symptoms before class we advise that you stay home and do NOT attend class. If your systoms start to show after you have attended class then plase let us know so we can take the necessary precautions. If you take a test and the results are positive the NHS contact-tracing team will be in contact with us to make sure anyone who may have been exposed to the virus are told and the next steps are correctly taken. Once you have self isolated you can return to class.

What happens if someone at class tests positive?

If someone at one of our classes tests positive for COVID-19, an email/text notification will be sent to those who may have come in contact with that person (we will keep that person anonymous). If you do recieve an email advice by the NHS, to minimise contact with others over the following days to limit the spread, if symptoms do not start to show continute your daily routine however if signs of COVID-19 symptoms to begin to show please take a test and self isolate if your results are positive. Please make sure you make us aware of your results if you have a positive result.

Do I have to wear a mask?

As of Friday 10th December 2021, it will be mandatory to wear a face covering when entering and exiting the building as well as when using the toilets and at the bar - unless you are medically exempt. When dancing and seated you will not be required to wear a face covering, however some may wish to still wear one.

What is the capacity?

We have introduced a Class & Event capacity to ensure the saftey of all our attendees. We want to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible throughout their time. Class: max. 20 Socials: max. 40

Do I have to show my NHS COVID Pass to enter?

Yes, as of Saturday 11th Decemeber you will have to provide one of the following to gain entry;

  • Proof of full vaccination - two/both doses recieved at least 14 days (two weeks) prior.
  • Proof of negative test in the last 48 hours
Proof of vaccine can be shown via the NHS COVID Pass app or a paper version - if you are unsure how to access your NHS COVID Pass please see below. To gain entry you will have to show your QR Code to be scanned & verified otherwise you WILL be denied. You can also show email or text proof of your negative test result in order to gain entry. If you are unable to have the vaccine due to medial reasons, you can also obtain a NHS COVID Pass confirmed by your GP or a specialist clinician.

How do I access my NHS COVID Pass?

You can access your NHS COVID Pass through;

  • the NHS App
  • NHS.UK
  • A letter that you can obtain on NHS.UK or by calling 119
You can obtain an NHS COVID Pass two weeks after completing a full course of vaccination or with a negative test in the last 48 hours. The NHS COVID Pass can be obtained with two doses (or one of the single-dose Janssen vaccine), but will be under review as boosters are rolled out. You can also obtain a NHS COVID Pass if;
  • you have recieved a trail vaccine as part of a formally approved COVID-19 vaccine trail in the UK
  • you have a medical reason that means you cannot be vaccinated, confirmed by your GP or a specialist clinician

Tutorials don't play?

I haven't recieved a confirmation?

If you haven't recieved an email confirmation for either an eMembership, Event, Class Booking or any other event, please get in contact with us. We'll check to make sure your request has gone through and will keep you updated with the progress.

Error with my card transaction.

There could be various of reasons why your card has not been accepted. Before getting in contact with us please double check the following information; • Valid Card Number • Valid Account Nuber • Valid CVV • Card expiry date • Other errors could occur including a technical error, system malfunction or internal issues with your bank. We would advise that you contact your bank to make sure your transaction is not being denied. If you are still not able to continue your payment please get in contact with us as soon as possible with a screenshot/photo of your screen. We will be able to help you further with the information in the picture. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard & Visa.

How to reset my password?

We all forget the endless amount of passwords we have to try and remember. so if youdo forget yours here is a guide to hep you log back in. 1. Click on the left top corner, 'Log In'. 2. Then click, 'Forgotten Password?' - a new window will appear. 3. Enter in your email address connected to your account (if you can't remember this either please email us) 4. Click 'Reset Password'. 5. An email will be sent to this email address, with a link to reset your password. 6. Follow the steps on the screen to complete. If you are still having issues getting into your account, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we will help you as much as possible.
