What is the NHS COVID-19 contact-tracing app?

The brand new NHS COVID-19 contact-tracing app is a simpler way for the NHS to track and trace the virus. All your personal data is securely stored on the app and you have the confidence that the places you visit will not share or sell your personal information when having to fill out forms on arrival. We encourage our dancers to download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Our QR code will be on display as you arrive.

Do I still need to enter my personal details, if I'm using the NHS COVID-19 contact-tracing app?

No. You will not need to fill out any additional information i.e. your phone number if you are using the app. However there is still required information including your name, membership number and email address that we will need. Why? We will need your membership number to guarantee only our members are booking classes. Your name will be required to check in on arrival and your email address to allow you to receive a confirmation, be notified if a class is cancelled and receive a reminder email. Plus your email address will also connect to your online account with us so you can reschedule and cancel a class yourself. When completing our booking form you will not need to add any information that isn’t required - indicated with an *. If there are two participants only a name and membership number should be filled out. If you are NOT using the app, all the information on screen will need to be entered to secure your booking.

I do not want to give out any of my information, can I still attend class?

Unfortunately to attend any of our classes we will need a small amount of your personal information. We will need;

  • Name - for Track & Trace.
  • Telephone Number - for Track & Trace.
  • Email Address - to complete booking only.
  • Membership Number.
